Job Summary
Respond to all guest repair requests and confirm completion through the electronic work order platform. Maintain up-to-date preventative maintenance schedules for rooms and public spaces, conducting full property walks at shift start and end to document and complete any needs. Ensure all safety measures and health codes are followed, including pool and spa areas, while reporting emergency concerns to your supervisor. Keep maintenance areas clean and organized throughout the shift. Requires at least two years of commercial facility or hospitality experience, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based upon the demands of the hotel
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time, unless otherwise directed by your immediate supervisor
- Never work while off the clock
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Read, write, understand and communicate with others effectively using the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Technical, Trade or Vocational school degree preferred
- At least 2 years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred
