Job Summary
Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for jewelry products to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and maintain process documentation, technical instructions, and manufacturing parameters while assisting in new product development, including process setup, trial runs, and production ramp-up. Monitor manufacturing performance and support troubleshooting of process, tooling, and production-related issues by coordinating with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Support tooling and jig readiness through testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities to enhance operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related majors
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing interpretation
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with NX or Rhino
