Manufacturing Engineer to install and qualify new process equipment and troubleshoot day-to-day production-line issues to improve throughput, yield, and product performance. Responsibilities include solving day-to-day production and process problems, designing and executing planned process experiments, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining gauges, developing and enforcing SOPs, and providing training to engineering technicians and production staff. Desired skills include DOE, SPC, structured problem solving (DMAIC), and experience with Electrical/Mechanical disciplines, automation, robotics, and PLC programming.
