Job Summary
Lead technical talent in developing manufacturing processes and routings for Haynes melted alloys and titanium tubular products while directing the tooling department and mandrel shop. Analyze manufacturing process performance to standard, recommend improvements, and support maintenance to ensure facilities operate at specified levels. Develop standard operating procedures, monitor equipment effectiveness, and implement security procedures aligned with AS9100 and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Train staff on new processes, coach engineering teams on department goals, and communicate project status and facility initiatives to senior management. Establish a safe work environment through daily safety meetings and hold teams accountable for performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or applied sciences
- Minimum 5 Years Job Experience in Industrial Engineering and Project Management
- 3 to 5 Years Job Experience in Supervisory/Management Position
- 2 to 4 Years Job Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)
- 2 to 4 years Job Experience in Multitask Work Environment
