Engineer / Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair electrically run motors, HVAC systems, plumbing, and carpentry projects while responding to guest repair requests. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, execute entry-to-mid-level troubleshooting of MEP systems, and assist with surface preparation, painting, and minor drywall or wood trim repairs. Utilize the Alice system to manage maintenance tickets and proactively address open requests. Maintain public areas by inspecting grounds, removing debris, and transporting trash daily. Assist with event setup, CAPEX projects, and additional tasks as needed. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and experience with power tools.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions on assembly of mechanical equipment, furniture and warning labels
- Experience with power tools use and safety
Desired Qualifications
- Experience serving as a technician or engineer within a hotel or property management
