Job Summary
Conduct operation maintenance and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs, repairing vinyl, painting, fixing minor furniture, caulking tubs, and repairing tiles. Perform preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry units, HVAC systems, guest rooms, meeting rooms, pools, and hot tubs. Execute plumbing repairs, laundry equipment fixes, exhaust fan maintenance, energy conservation monitoring, and vacuum repairs. Immediately follow up on alarms to locate causes, determine emergency status, and report findings to the Front Desk. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license with acceptable MVR, and trade licensing preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific

- Experience in a hotel or a related field
