Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Perform maintenance on pumps, boilers, HVAC systems, and related equipment. Install electrical circuits, complete work orders, and conduct daily facility rounds. Utilize diagnostic tools and maintain knowledge of relevant codes. Strong troubleshooting skills and effective communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Desired Qualifications
- Journeyman Engineer status preferred
