Job Summary
Maintenance mechanic at the Fresno, CA facility responsible for repairing and maintaining production and support equipment including pumps, pasteurizers, evaporators, boilers, air compressors, ammonia systems, and sanitary piping. Must participate in emergency response, perform chemical testing of boiler feed and process water, manage parts inventories, fabricate equipment as needed, document schematic changes, and follow SQF/QA/Safety policies. Requires ability to operate forklift and adhere to PPE and safety requirements; typically works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum four years’ experience as a journey-level maintenance technician or equivalent
- English language proficiency
