Engineer

Operate, maintain, and repair physical plant systems, buildings, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation in support of patient care. Conduct routine testing of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and other safety devices while participating in and leading fire drills. Prioritize and complete maintenance requests and work orders timely, preparing documentation including work orders, records, and service logs. Plan, purchase, and track materials required for tasks, ensuring proper documentation of packing slips and receipts. Maintain a clean, organized workspace with proper tool storage and move furniture and equipment as needed. Report unsafe conditions promptly to supervisors and establish clear communication with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
