Engineer Lead Sr.

Lead Engineer responsible for end-to-end application system development and maintenance on large enterprise platforms. Maintains active customer relationships to determine business requirements, leads requirements gathering meetings, and reviews designs with the business. Drives collaboration with Web and marketing teams to grow presence of web products. Anticipates technical changes to keep company technology ahead of the curve. Manages project prioritization and trade-offs for enterprise system changes; understands architecture and scalability, owns change-request processes, develops and owns final enhancements, and defines application scope and specifications for development. Performs technical design and code reviews, ensures unit tests and system testing meet plans, and oversees delivery of technology solutions and data planning. Participates in long-term technology strategy for critical areas and partners with stakeholders to shape technical trajectory. Leads architectural directions, builds consensus, and guides engineers. Coordinates on-call support and system monitoring, reviews end-to-end impact and coordination, and participates in decision-making for enterprise solutions. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office 1-2 days per week; alternate locations may be considered for commuting distance; vaccination policy applicable for certain patient/member-facing roles.
