Job Summary
Manage relationships with key bulk water customers to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and performance of water metering systems while providing technical support on billing and operational issues. Monitor water consumption and service performance to prepare reports for continuous improvement, coordinating with operations and customer service teams for uninterrupted delivery. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and company policies while maintaining accurate technical documentation and customer records. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and minimum 9 years' experience in key account management or utility operations. Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 9 years' experience in key account management, water distribution systems, or utility operations
- Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, bulk water operations, and smart metering technologies
- Proven skills in customer relationship management, technical problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
