Job Summary
Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) across multiple sites while performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and VAV systems. Analyze system performance data to identify energy-saving opportunities and support decarbonization initiatives by responding promptly to critical alarms and system failures to minimize downtime. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to execute system upgrades, retro-commissioning, and capital projects while maintaining accurate documentation of configurations and operational procedures. Hold a REW B0 license and possess minimum five years of hands-on experience in commercial facilities management. Located on-site in Hong Kong, this role supports JLL's mission to shape the future of real estate through advanced technology and energy efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
- Holder of REW B0 license
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC facilities management within commercial, retail or high-rise buildings
- Proven expertise in BMS platforms - including configuration, trending, alarm management and scheduling
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, hydronic systems, airside distribution, and energy efficiency principles
- Fluency in English and Cantonese

- Familiarity with IoT-enabled building technologies and data analytics tools
- Mandarin language ability
