Job Summary
Engineer IV responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and building equipment, inspecting and repairing MEP systems, reading blueprints/electrical schematics, utilizing Lockout/Tagout safety procedures, managing maintenance inventory, and mentoring other engineers. Must possess advanced mechanical/engineering skills across HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and building management, with supervisory capabilities in absence of managers. Requires strong safety, quality, and guest-service orientation in a hotel setting.
Required Qualifications
- License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License
- License or certification in refrigeration or electrical (earned, or currently working towards receiving)
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements.
