Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team in the research and development of high-volume manufacturing methods for clinical consumables. The role includes guiding the consumable design process, developing and prototyping manufacturing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and preparing technical reports. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in high throughput plastic manufacturing. Desired skills include experience with cGMP and ISO certifications and knowledge of manufacturing immunoassays and in-vitro diagnostic devices. The position demands excellent problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field is required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in high throughput plastic manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years of experience manufacturing biological products preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cGMP and/or ISO certification
- Manufacturing immunoassays and/or reagents
- In-vitro diagnostic devices and consumables
