Job Summary
Answer maintenance requests via the Work Order Management System and handle routine and emergency calls for complex HVAC, electric, plumbing, and medical systems. Maintain operating conditions of facility systems and execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs. Prioritize patient care and infection control standards while utilizing the CMMS to manage activities and assets. Requires two years of relevant experience, high-level carpentry skills with metal stud and drywall, and a valid driver's license. Working outside regularly scheduled shifts may occur during inclement weather or emergencies.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to work outside of regularly scheduled shifts
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
- Must be able to work in emergency situations
- Must be able to adopt and utilize the CMMS work order system
