Job Summary
As a CFM Engineer, responsibilities include managing contamination control systems, resolving environmental issues, and driving continuous improvement in fab cleanliness and yield performance. Duties involve investigating excursion issues, handling contamination alarms, ensuring the functionality of monitoring systems, managing incident root cause analysis, and leading contamination control engineering initiatives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, be capable of working in a cleanroom environment, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Physics/Material Science/Environmental/EHS)
- Must be able to work in cleanroom environment
- Must be able to work swing shift
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in contamination control or cleanroom system preferred
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse variety of people.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
