Provide technical support in printing instruction and design, develop, and deliver training programs covering engineering concepts, tools, and processes. Conduct classroom, workshop, and hands-on practical sessions while translating complex principles into clear instruction. Develop and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules to ensure alignment with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Mentor technicians to improve their technical skills and identify skill gaps for targeted training improvements. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain training relevance and stay updated on the latest technologies.
