Job Summary
Evaluate manufacturing, delivery, and customer experience systems to identify productivity and quality improvements. Collect process data through observations, time studies, and staff surveys to optimize machine layouts and drive bottleneck reductions. Conduct work and time studies for production process optimization, generate periodic statistics for target analysis, and coordinate continuous improvement projects across functions. Supervise IE technicians on assigned tasks and recommend process enhancements. Requires Bachelor's in industrial engineering, Six Sigma knowledge, and hands-on BRISCAD/Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related discipline
- 3 years of relevant experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in Six Sigma preferred/required
- Hands-on knowledge in BRISCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Analytic and knowledgeable in IE field
- Basic computer skills preferably in spreadsheets
- Basic BRISCAD
