Engineer in Training – Traffic Engineering

Engineer in Training specializing in Traffic Engineering to support the growth of the traffic engineering group. Key responsibilities include preparing traffic deliverables for local, state, private, and federally funded projects, and developing expertise in Travel Demand Modeling, Signalization and Corridor Timing, Transportation Master Plans, Traffic Impact Studies, MOT, Illumination, Signing and Striping, Traffic Safety Analysis, Signal Design, and ITS. The role supports the Traffic Group Team in strategic planning, workload management, and collaboration across multiple offices, with a emphasis on strong written and verbal communication. Reports to the Technical Resources Lead within the Transportation Services Group (TSG); location Meridian, ID.
