Job Summary
Manage the safe and effective deployment of the SkyCam system by acting as on-site manager for equipment and crew at events, interfacing directly with clients and venue operators, and directing field repairs and setup operations. Provide guidance and training to Skycam crew members while conducting site surveys, completing tech reports, and communicating equipment issues to the CTO. Support shop operations by performing maintenance, testing, and system preparation under CTO direction. Work extended hours, nights, and weekends with 75% travel to support live sports broadcasts and entertainment events.

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a strong work ethic
- Skilled in the use of computers
- Electrically and mechanically inclined, proficient with hand tools and electrical test equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Possesses good analytical and creative skills
- Strong communications skills and eagerness to collaborate with different people
- Comfort with working in a rapidly changing environment and open to new ideas
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
- Extensive domestic and international travel; must possess or able to obtain US Passport
- High school diploma
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards
Desired Qualifications
- Generally requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience, preferably in media, broadcasting, production industry
- Proficient in the use of MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Bachelor's degree (AS or Technical School acceptable)
