Job Summary
Lead development, setup, and qualification of electropolishing and passivation processes for stainless steel and plastic components to meet ultra-high purity standards. Define process control plans, PFMEA, work instructions, and standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with SEMI F19 and ASTM standards. Support new machine qualification, customer audits, and technical reviews, and collaborate with QA to resolve NCRs and process deviations. Execute precision cleaning and chemical control hands-on to drive production ramp-up and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical or metallurgical with a strong understanding of electrochemistry and materials science
- Knowledge and experience in electro-chemical processes such as electro-polishing or plating
- Knowledge and experience in post-treatment process such as passivation and precision cleaning for stainless steel and plastic product
- Hands-on experience in wet process field especially chemical process
- Knowledge and experience in designing electro-chemical fixtures
- Knowledge and familiarity with SEMI F19 and 0250-13605 standard, or equivalent
- Good practical knowledge of wastewater treatment systems operation
- Good practical knowledge of ultra-high purity water systems operation
- Speaks fluent English
- Good communication abilities
