Job Summary
Engineer III, Software responsible for designing and developing software solutions in a hi-tech engineering environment. Analyzes software and data requirements, designs and develops software for desktop solutions, coordinates testing/installation/commissioning at customer sites, provides maintenance and support, and leads projects with technical oversight. Emphasizes strong communication with customers and management, and leverages experience in full-stack .NET/C#, GUI development, SQL databases, and design patterns (MVVM). Eligible for flexible work from home with 30 days/year under the company policy.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- Experience/skills: 7+ years of Software Design and Development
- Object Oriented Analysis/Design & GUI development
- 5+ years of full stack .NET Framework with C# and WPF/Windows Forms
- 3+ years of MS SQL databases and other relational database concepts
- 10+ years combination of education and experience in software engineering
- PREFERRED: MS in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline
- Familiarity with Entity Framework
- MVVM or other established design patterns
- Post-secondary education verification including degree(s) earned and dates of completion
- Pre-employment background checks including SSN/name/date of birth verification
- Drug testing requirements

- Travel up to 15% (including international)
