Job Summary
Evaluate technical variables, apply standard engineering techniques, and complete assignments with clear objectives. Investigate moderate complexity issues while working independently on standard projects or assisting with unusual problems under broad direction. Create prototypes, write ECNs, and perform higher-level tasks for continuing training. May supervise engineers or technicians on specific assignments and exercise authority over NCMR's. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering with five years of experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of US and international standards. Multiple shifts available including days, swing, and nights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field related to the department of assignment or industry
- five years previous related experience
- Ability to apply analytical skills and scientific technical principles in problem solving and development
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member
- Working knowledge of United States and international standards as applicable to the department
- Not to exceed 50 lbs. lifting
