Job Summary
Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade datacenter infrastructure. Manage multiple VMware vCenter environments; oversee storage technologies (iSCSI, FC, CIFS/SMB, NFS) and both Linux and Windows Server OS. Maintain Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy; administer Okta for SSO/MFA, Office 365/Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint; manage Mimecast and O365 ATP; provide disaster recovery design, testing, and implementation for global applications. Develop automation scripts, monitor uptime, optimize availability, performance, and security; perform cost-benefit analyses and prepare written recommendations. Serve as SME for infrastructure issues and collaborate on projects; support scalability, security policy compliance, and ongoing enhancements across virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or related field
- Technical certifications: VMware VCP, AWS Certified SA, Azure Administrator Associate
- Minimum 4-year experience in System Administrator Information Technology roles
- Minimum 1 year exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
