The Engineer III role involves repairing and maintaining all MEP equipment, including HVAC/R systems and components, in accordance with safety and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- Trade/vocational school or apprenticeship in refrigeration/AC
- 12+ years senior trades person experience
- 8+ years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience
- Hands-on MEP and Pneumatic repairs and maintenance
- Read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Must hold a Universal EPA/CFC and Pool Certification
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English with hotel guests, visitors and staff to their understanding
