Engineer III

EngineER III role requiring high school or equivalent education, focused on repair and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities. Responsibilities include performing routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and related maintenance tasks; conducting preventative maintenance on guest rooms, ice machines, kitchen and laundry equipment, HVAC, and other facilities; repairing and maintaining various equipment, monitoring alarms and reporting findings to Front Desk; ensuring safety and cleanliness of work areas; responding to guest needs professionally; cross-training and performing other duties as assigned; using hand and power tools safely; adhering to lockout/tagout procedures; and communicating maintenance needs to management. Requires 3-5 years of general building trades experience (commercial maintenance preferred), valid driver’s license, and a neat appearance per grooming standards. Fluent English and strong customer relations, organizational, and communication skills are essential, with the ability to operate independently and react quickly in emergencies. Location noted as Koloa, HI (two entries for official property sites) with in-person work expectations.
