Engineer III, Electrical

The Hardware Engineer III will drive PCBA risk mitigation strategy and execution for electronics products, owning and implementing design projects from scoping to implementation. Responsibilities include designing schematics for digital, mixed-signal and power electronics; reviewing designs for technical quality; translating component specifications into product fitment; collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture customer requirements; ensuring regulatory compliance testing and manufacturability; developing design documents (HLD, DFMEA, requirements traceability matrix) and verification plans; performing design trades and simulations; leading design analysis, testing, and documentation; and mentoring team members to build technical capability. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 10+ years of experience and exposure to circuit design, simulation tools, project management, and optionally C/C++ embedded programming or FPGA design.
