Job Summary
Cloud/Backend development role in the Falcon Network Vulnerability Assessment team. Build features that are fault-tolerant and run as high-scale cloud systems, and maintain them. Collaborate with security researchers and vulnerability analysts to troubleshoot time-sensitive production issues. Strong emphasis on Golang/Python, AWS cloud, relational and non-relational databases, and pub-sub systems. Responsible for backend engineering, process automation, and building vulnerability management tracking capabilities; re-engineer architectures for performance, stability, and user experience. Interact with platform and product teams to integrate and improve efficacy of vulnerability data and features; participate in debugging and resolving customer issues; monitor production issues and ensure secure data handling. Proficiency with GenAI tools to accelerate development cycles and architect AI-powered features that enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years work experience in Golang/Python development
- Strong database skills (MySql, Postgres)
- Experience with Kafka, Grafana and Kubernetes (k8s)
- Exposure to AWS cloud / S3 / Splunk
- Delivering high quality & tested code
- Understanding of cyber security protocols & vulnerabilities management
- Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
- Team collaboration in global teams
- Ability to meet commitments and produce high quality software that is unit tested and checked in regularly for CI
