Engineer III (Casual)

Maintain and repair resort facilities by performing routine painting, plumbing, electrical work, and other maintenance tasks using hand and power tools. Execute preventative maintenance for guest rooms and equipment including ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen, laundry, HVAC, pool and spa areas; replace air conditioner filters; respond to alarms and report findings to Front Desk. Follow safety practices, maintain clean work areas, assist with cross-training, and support guest needs professionally. Strong mechanical ability, proficiency with lockout/tagout, and ability to read drawings/diagrams; identify major repairs and communicate needs to management; perform other duties as assigned by management.
