Job Summary
Engineer III (Casual) sought to repair and maintain resort facilities and provide technical support to Maintenance Dept. Responsibilities include performing routine painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, and preventative maintenance for guest rooms, kitchen, laundry, HVAC, pool areas, and other equipment; responding to alarms, reporting hazards, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and cross-training for additional duties. Must use hand and power tools safely, apply lockout/tagout procedures, manage energy conservation efforts, read drawings/diagrams, and communicate effectively with guests and staff. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work in varied environments, and standing/mobility to perform tasks; High School-level education and 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Valid driver's license and trade certifications preferred.
