Job Summary
Engineer III in Application Support role focused on the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise business applications within Corporate Systems Technology. Responsibilities include managing CMDB inventory, patch validations, updates, and custom configurations to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements; collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with IT systems and databases; troubleshooting and incident resolution; creating and maintaining runbooks and documentation; and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, and familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), Azure DevOps or Jira, and regulatory/compliance considerations in Financial Services. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of development, support, and/or implementation experience for enterprise applications
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Experience with pipeline management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations within Financial Services or Banking
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and external partners
- Understanding of governance patterns tied to intake, technical reviews and architectural compliance
