Engineer II, Supplier Quality

Job Summary
Drive supplier quality by ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and compliance through proactive quality management, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Provide technical expertise in manufacturing technologies to drive product quality with key suppliers; manage and drive quality improvements for Cable and PCBA suppliers; lead investigations, supplier audits, FMEA, PCS/OCAP execution, and 8D problem solving; monitor KPIs and support failure analysis with internal stakeholders; travel up to 20% internationally; develop strong supplier relationships and promote continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred (other engineering disciplines acceptable with relevant experience)
- Experience in Cable or PCBA-related processes preferred
- Fluent communication skills in English for global suppliers interaction
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
