Job Summary
Identify waste, troubleshoot complex manufacturing problems, and standardize error-proofing work to improve process efficiency. Ensure products and processes meet commercialization expectations through equipment validations and support trials. Provide leadership on process designs that conform to sanitary standards and utilize statistical analysis for efficient product creation. Identify root causes of manufacturing issues, reverse engineer machine components, and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings. Demonstrate commitment to safety and Rockline's RRITE Values while contributing to cooperative efforts as needed.
