Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer responsibilities include inspecting hotel operating systems and components for proper, safe operation; promptly addressing front desk guest issues; performing preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical/electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and building components; maintaining grounds; executing the PM schedule to meet brand standards; performing painting, carpentry, plumbing, and carpet cleaning as needed; and supporting open availability including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of maintenance/trades experience, with English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 2 years minimum work experience in maintenance or trades
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English
