Engineer II (Remote)

Job Summary
Lead complex engineering efforts to support Navy programs, including reviewing technical data packages, evaluating engineering referrals, designing and improving QC/QA systems, developing and validating technical documentation and provisioning packages, and performing Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) analyses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Mentor junior engineers and provide engineering support for sustainment activities across lifecycle programs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- 4–7 years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in reviewing technical documentation and engineering data
