Engineer II / Mechanic

Engineer II / Mechanic responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant with emphasis on safety, asset protection, and guest services. Performs repairs in plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, electrical/mechanical maintenance, carpentry, pool and equipment maintenance, and preventative maintenance; maintains operation logs; ensures regulatory compliance and safety standards; communicates with leadership and guests; requires strong problem-solving, leadership, and interdepartmental collaboration; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and moving between floors and outdoor areas in a hospitality environment. The role emphasizes delivering Good-Natured Service consistent with 1 Hotels’ mission and brand pillars, and involves working within a team to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.
