Job Summary
Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues with little supervision. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, visually inspect assets, carry equipment, and operate shut-off valves for equipment/buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts; document daily activities across shifts. Demonstrate proficiency in HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related systems; perform basic repair tasks (MEP, carpentry, painting, PVC work, and component replacements). Train/mentor other engineers and fulfill Engineer on Duty responsibilities. Follow Lockout/Tagout and safety protocols; use engineering software for energy management; assist with surface prep, painting, and general housekeeping tasks. Ensure professional communication, teamwork, and adherence to company standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
