Job Summary
Engineer II responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, inspecting and maintaining building systems (MEP), and assisting with painting and surface repairs. Demonstrates proficiency across multiple maintenance domains (air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, kitchen equipment, and general building management) with strong safety practices, use of hand and power tools, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and the ability to train and mentor other engineers. Requires effective communication with guests and shifts, and the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements.
- Valid Driver’s License
