Job Summary
Engineer II overseeing development, evaluation, and implementation of manufacturing systems and methods to produce medical, dental, and animal health products. Leads design and optimization of processes, equipment layouts, and workflow to drive efficiency; contributes to cost estimates, process changes, and documentation including verification/validation protocols and CAPAs; collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements (FDA/ISO), and continuous improvement of production methods; requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with 2+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering. Primary duties include workforce optimization, equipment and tooling collaboration, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, while mentoring co-ops and technicians.
