Job Summary

Develop manufacturing process standards, work instructions, and industrialization playbooks while supporting Bill of Process and Bill of Equipment activities across the Contract Manufacturing network. Collect supplier process information, documentation evidence, and readiness metrics to assist in technology transfer documentation and manufacturing readiness reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve documentation gaps, execute root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement projects focused on standard work and cycle time. Maintain technical knowledge repositories and prepare status updates for governance reviews. This role supports senior engineers within the Global CM Documentation & Industrialization Hub to convert manufacturing knowledge into reusable standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in Operations Engineering
  • Experience in a related technical discipline
  • Experience supporting manufacturing engineering
  • Experience supporting process engineering
