Engineer II

Perform skilled trade work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance disciplines. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues. Operate tools, equipment, and hazardous materials safely, following all MSDS guidelines. Complete required documentation and maintenance records for all work performed. Assist with dispatch responsibilities and support team workflow as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding job status and operational concerns. Execute emergency response procedures in accordance with hotel standards. Support special event setup and minor maintenance as required. Maintain clean, organized, and well-kept work areas and equipment. Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements. Promote teamwork, safety, and hospitality in all interactions with guests and colleagues. Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned.
