Repair, maintain, and inspect HVAC/R systems and refrigeration equipment across properties; monitor temperature and energy usage; calibrate controls; install and repair electrical and plumbing systems; respond to guest room calls; ensure air quality and safe operation; requires EPA universal refrigerant license, HVAC repair knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- EPA issued universal refrigerant license
- Completion of course (not class) in HVAC repair, installation, and controls
- Completion of training relating to boilers, heaters, and alliances
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years as a repair/technician working on Kitchen Equipment, HVAC, and refrigeration
