Job Summary
Conduct preventative and repair maintenance to ensure the hotel meets quality and sustainability standards while treating guests warmly. Complete work orders for ceiling tiles, sheet-rock, wallpaper, wall coverings, painting, electrical fixtures, and minor plumbing. Maintain curb appeal through snow removal, lawn care, gardening, and trash removal. Focus on guest satisfaction scores and follow Service Recovery Guidelines. Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards. Schedule varies, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts; requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending.
