Job Summary
Provide technical oversight for DoD ammunition production programs through business capture, production support, ballistic test validation, continuous improvement, and design/development efforts. Analyze, develop, and evaluate systems while applying advanced engineering theories to investigate and resolve complex technical problems. Design and draft blueprints, visit systems in the field, and manage projects to ensure compliant, on-schedule delivery. Requires an Associate's Degree with 2-4 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and up to 25% travel. Travel likely.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience
- Engineering degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology or Chemical Engineering

- Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities
- Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery
- Up to 25% travel likely
