Job Summary
Engineer II at Donaldson in Gurgaon leads the complete project lifecycle for filtration solutions from RFQ through design, validation and production, coordinating with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing and Quality; applies APQP/PPAP processes; conducts testing/validation (dust holding capacity, efficiency, etc.), performs design reviews and risk analysis (FMEA), supports localization and cost-reduction efforts, and interfaces with OEM customers. Requires strong problem-solving, CAD/Excel/data-analysis skills, and experience with IATF, GD&T and AQPP processes; travel up to ~20% for field audits and customer interactions; 5–10 years of relevant experience preferred.
