Job Summary
Conduct process simulation and calculations using Aspen Hysys for complex systems such as lube oil skids and seal gas conditioning panels. Prepare datasheets, BOMs, and GADs for gas seal support systems while selecting and sizing components like valves, filters, and seal gas boosters. Read and interpret instrument hook-up, wiring, piping isometric, and structural drawings to support product standardization and supplier technical alignment. Liaise with stakeholders, review supplier quotes, and participate in customer calls to ensure 100% compliance with organizational processes including iProject, DOSE, TC, and SAP. Work in a morning or general shift rotation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety compliance across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years
- Perform the process simulation and calculation using Aspen Hysys
- Able to prepare Datasheets for all Instruments, Valves, Filters, Separators, Seal Gas Heaters, Seal Gas Boosters, Electrical and Instruments control modules
- Shall have knowledge of Selection and sizing of the above components
- Shall be able to read and understand the instrument hook-up, wiring diagram
- Understand component drawings, piping isometric drawings, structural drawings
- Good in understanding and reading drawing capabilities
- Technical background
- Good Knowledge of API 614 & 692
- Knowledge of Dry gas seal panel & Its component and instrumentation
- Work in Morning / General Shift
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Solid edge software
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Good Knowledge of API 614 & 692 (preferred)
- Quick Learner with sound technical and analytical skills
- Good Team Player
- Good communication skills
