Engineer - ICT

In-Circuit Test (ICT) Engineer L2 responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ICT programs to validate PCB assemblies, creating test fixtures and hardware, and working with ATE systems (e.g., TRI, Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA). Collaborates with hardware/design engineers to ensure testability, performs debugging and root-cause analysis of test failures, calibrates and maintains ICT equipment, and drives continuous improvement and documentation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering or related field and 3–5 years of PCB testing experience, with proficiency in PCB schematics, Gerber files, Altium/Eagle/KiCad, and test programming (C, Python, LabVIEW) plus knowledge of IPC-A-610 and related standards.
