Job Summary
Engineer I, Sys Support responsibilities include providing pre & post sale support to customer installations of Graphic Communications products or software; delivering DFE and workflow solution training; integrating Fujifilm Business Innovation solutions into production environments; establishing color workflow processes for end-customers and account teams; troubleshooting DFE, digital color printing, color calibration/management, and print quality; educating customers on file design and production of color documents; facilitating introduction and implementation of new color technology and applications development; assisting Specialists or sales personnel during customer engagements or product demonstrations and supporting workflow proposals; identifying potential volume-building applications and services opportunities; providing weekly/monthly status reports; planning concepts; preparing finished art using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; coordinating with internal teams including marketing through design concept to project completion.
