Job Summary
The Engineer Senior I, Technology is responsible for managing assigned programs and projects within established policies and standards. Key responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing Technology programs, planning and budgeting projects, leading technical teams, ensuring quality service delivery, and communicating developments to management. The role requires expertise in engineering principles, the ability to read engineering plans, knowledge of relevant Rules and Regulations, and strong communication skills. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and five years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an engineering curriculum from a University (B.S. or equivalent)
- Five (5) years of relevant engineering experience in a shipyard, design/consulting office, shipping/oil company, university, or classification society preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional or chartered engineer license
