Job Summary
Manage and execute industrial and engineering projects from feasibility studies to completion. Develop and maintain master project schedules, monitor milestones, and coordinate with sales teams, customers, distributors, and the industrial solutions team to ensure smooth execution. Lead Factory Acceptance Tests with customers and distributors; schedule and coordinate on-site testing; provide first-level technical support; assist with project feasibility studies and cost estimation; submit monthly status reports; support submittals with engineering input for 3rd-party product and drawings. Collaborate with interplant associates, scheduler, customer service, and production teams to update project status during weekly meetings; oversee site installations and coordinate with subcontractors on installation work, material approvals, and drawing submissions.}}
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
